Returns & Refunds Policy

All Sales Final
All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges unless an item arrives damaged or significantly not as described.

Used & Vintage Items
Many Bloopfruit items are pre-owned or vintage and are sold as-is. Minor wear, signs of use, or imperfections that are visible in product photos or described in the listing do not qualify for refunds.

Item Condition & Photos
Product photos are considered part of the item description. Please review all images and descriptions carefully before purchasing.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. Approved claims will be resolved with a replacement or refund at our discretion.

No Returns for Buyer’s Remorse
We do not accept returns due to buyer’s remorse, fit issues, or changed preferences.

Unauthorized Chargebacks
Chargebacks filed without first contacting us may result in permanent restriction from future purchases.

European Union Customers
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you may have a statutory right to cancel or return your order within 14 days under EU consumer protection laws. This applies only where legally required and does not affect items that are exempt under applicable regulations, including used or personalized goods.
