Lost or Stolen Packages
Once an order is marked as delivered by the carrier, Bloopfruit is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please contact the carrier directly for assistance.

Incorrect Addresses
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer are not eligible for refunds or replacements.
