Product Information & Condition
Bloopfruit sells a mix of new, pre-owned, and vintage items. Pre-owned and vintage items are sold as-is. Minor wear, imperfections, or signs of age are not defects and do not qualify as grounds for refunds.

Product photos and descriptions are considered part of the item listing. It is the customer’s responsibility to review all information before purchasing.

Pricing & Availability
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated. Prices, availability, and product descriptions are subject to change at any time without notice. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions and to cancel orders if information is inaccurate at any time, including after an order has been placed.

We reserve the right to limit or cancel quantities purchased per order.

Orders & Payment
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including suspected fraud, abuse, or policy violations. If an order is canceled after payment, a refund will be issued.

Shipping & Delivery
Shipping times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Once an order is marked as delivered by the carrier, responsibility for the shipment transfers to the customer.

Returns & Refunds
All sales are final except as outlined in our Returns & Refunds Policy. By placing an order, you agree to those terms.

Chargebacks & Fraud
Unauthorized chargebacks or abuse of payment systems may result in permanent restriction from future purchases.

Limitation of Liability
Bloopfruit shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this site or products purchased through it.

Bloopfruit is powered by Shopify; however, all purchases are made directly with Bloopfruit, and Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of transactions between you and Bloopfruit.
